Fitne: Chloe’s Guide In Loosing Weight With Fitne

Hi, I am Chloe and i am 28 years old and I am 160 in height and 58kgs in weight. Right up to my teens or should i just say until i was 25, i had perfect weight, never exercise and ate whatever i wanted and still looked good. I could wear size 1-3 without having to stress that it was too tight. But it all changed when i hit 26-27, on a bumpy ride of immense boyfriend problems, i’m getting old and still single, my boss is trying to murder me with the workload and so much more, i didn’t realise that i started munching more in my spare time.

Soon fat started to grow on my once-toned arms, thigh and stomach and i had to wear bigger clothes to hide all that ugly pieces of meat that always found a way to slip through anything i wore just to make an uninvited public appearance.

I do not want to take chemical based products coz i am more on the traditional side of things so i started taking Fitne or rather i was forced into it. But now i feel great and i am happy that Avenue25 used me like a maid because i have since said goodbye to the fat and low self esteem.

So here is how i took the dive into the morbid world of loosing weight and spending hours and hours in the toilet as if i am competing in the Olympics 🙂

Day 1 – Friday Night

Ok, let’s try this but before that, let’s eat some spicy Tom Yum coz i have been craving for it this whole week. I took the 10 sachets program so at about 11:30 before bed, i soaked one for about 5 mins and had a huge gulp. It tasted nice, almost breezy going down my throat and i had a good night sleep or so i thought. At about 3 something in the morning, i had discomfort in my stomach and i ran to the toilet and the rest is history.

Day 2 – Saturday

Had to cancel date and while boy friend was on the X-box, i spent pretty much of the day in the toilet. So at night i was really considering of not taking the tea but i also had Tom Yum the day earlier so it was stinging spices out of you know where. So maybe the extra discomfort came from the extra hot spices i so heavenly ate the previous evening. Alright, i’ll take it again and see what happens. Oh btw, i didn’t throw the sachet yesterday coz it can be used twice as long it still has the mechanics in it. Don’t over-soak it because tea leafs can’t be soaked for too long.

Day 3 – Sunday

Another day, another date with the toilet. It wasn’t as intense as yesterday but I pretty much spend some quality time getting to know my toilet better. I need to hang some pictures in it if i am going to come here more often than i thought. At night i didn’t take the tea coz i need to go to work and i don’t want to be running to the toilet every now and then. But here’s the thing, it did feel good actually. I felt lighter and somehow in the strangest way much cleaner. 😀

Day 4 – Monday

Went to the ‘loo’ but thank God not as often as yesterday.

So basically i used the bags at night, separated the consumption on interval basis, which means i took it on tuesday, rested on wednesday, then again on thursday and for the weekends, sat and sunday i took on both days.

After two weeks i noticed that i had more energy and was willing to do more work and more work means more sweating. My bowel movement was pretty decent after 2 weeks and i stopped competing in the Olympics and now i just do some frequent jogs to the bathroom. The light feeling it gives you is truly amazing, you feel good, more energised and more willing to go out and do stuff. I even did gardening for heaven sakes and clear out my store room and stuff like that.

It’s not the weight that i was so worried about, it was the bulges but hey i lost a total of 3 kgs and by end of the 14th day, another 1 kg making it up to 4kgs in juts 2 weeks. The best thing was my tummy went down, the bloating apparently was due to the gasses food tends to create in our system. Remarkably, my arms and my thigh went down 1 to 1 half in inches and that was the greatest feeling in the world.

In two months i have lost about 6 kgs in total and i guess that too because i tend to become to comfortable in my skin and that makes me skip rituals. If i stick to the rituals i think i would have lost more but then, 6 kgs is more than ideal so i guess Fitne is the best thing for me right now. 🙂
